A. As long as you are enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B and reside in our service area, you are eligible to apply for a Medicare Supplement.
Q. Must I answer any questions regarding my medical history?
A. Yes, you will be required to answer questions about your medical history unless you are within six months of turning 65, within six months of enrolling in Part B, or if you qualify for a Guaranteed Issue Right.
Q. When is the best time to purchase a Medicare Supplement policy?
A. The best time to buy a Medigap policy is during your Medigap “Open Enrollment Period”. Your Medigap open enrollment period lasts for six months. It starts on the first day of the month in which you are turning age 65 or just enrolled in Part B of Medicare.
